Terry first
gained trial experience as a lawyer in the United States Army in
Vietnam. Following that, he served as chief deputy prosecutor
in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, until 1974. Since then, he has
been in private practice, representing both individuals and
corporations, as a trial lawyer. Terry has also
qualified with the State of Indiana as a registered civil
mediator and assists other lawyers and their clients in that
capacity.
